Tamara is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant, HR Strategist, and Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries. After holding different recruitment and HR leadership roles, Tamara leveraged her expertise to help small to mid-sized organizations navigate growth and development through strategic talent acquisition. She is fluent in both English and French, making TEC a valuable resource for a globalized market.
